This is the ideal place for anyone who wants to stay in a central location but at the same time be somewhere peaceful and secluded. The well-equipped and comfortable house consists of two identical halves with a connecting door, such that it is very suitable for two large families. There is space outdoors large enough for ball games and other activities, and it is not far down to the fjord where you can swim. The skerries in the Oslofjord have many good places to fish, both from the shore or from a boat. Hurum has everything you could wish for when it comes to places to eat and shopping, while Oslo is only 45 mins. away by car. The central location makes this house ideal for small courses or conferences. There are some pet animals on the owners farm 200m away. May also be rented together with N37444 & N37041, which are situated on the same lot.
