The villa is located in the private estate of “Domaine du Levant” with distant views of St. Martin/St. Maarten. A short walking distance from one of the most private and quiet beaches of Saint Barths, Petit Cul de Sac.

Four bedroom, four and a half bathroom villa decorated in a formal European style.
The living/dining/kitchen all open to a covered terrace and take advantage of the tropical breezes.
All the bedrooms are private with their terraces perfect for an afternoon of reading, very well decorated.

All the rates include daily continental breakfast (fresh bread and croissants delivery – even Sundays and banking holidays),
 daily housekeeping service (Except Sundays and banking holidays).
Free access to the tennis courts exclusively reserved to Domaine du Levant guests use only, as well as access to Form Fitness gym in Lurin. Kayaks, paddles and beach lounge chairs are available upon request at the Domaine du Levant white sandy beach.

Medium size pool next to the living room, in a private courtyard with a nice tiled deck with lounge chairs that surrounds the pool area and all bedrooms.
