The villa is built on several levels and is constructed with natural stone and rich hardwoods. It is tastefully furnished with modern and wooden furniture. A full array of amenities are offered at this villa to include a fully-equipped exercise room, home cinema, swimming pool, US & French satellite TV, stereo system and high speed internet connection.

The villa was specifically designed to take full advantage of the wonderful setting, views and privacy with separate bungalows to ensure maximum privacy.
This luxurious villa is the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation in a very exclusive and private area of the island where you can enjoy long walks, swimming and playing tennis. In addition, watersport activities, a driving range and superb restaurants are just a short drive away at the lagoon of Grand Cul-de-Sac.

Included in the rates : 8 hours housekeeping service and 1 hour turndown service everyday, including Sunday and Banking Holidays. Villa guests personal laundry.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen including steam oven, electric oven, electric and gas stove, dishwasher, 2 fridge and freezer , ice maker, microwave, coffee machine and espresso machine, wine cellar, blender, electric kettle, mixer, fruit squeezer. Gas BBQ on the terrace. Service for 24 people.

Living / Dining room
Inside dining area with a table for 4. Outside dining wood table for 8 on the covered terrace by the pool.
The living room is a very peaceful area with view on the bay.

TV room and office
In a separate bungalow with direct access to the pool : TV room with large flat screen TV on the wall, Disnetwork and Canal Satellite, Home cinema, sofas for 8 people, air conditioning; office room with powder room, desk, telephone/fax, WIFI.
Covered terrace with teak table and chairs.

Fitness room
Glassed-in closed ajoupa on the top part of the property with treadmill, exercise bicycle, stepper, weight machine. Domaine du Levant tennis courts just down the property.

Swimming pool
Beautiful half moon infinity pool, with counter current system, overlooking Petit Cul de Sac bay. Large 2 level sun deck with lounge chairs and 2 large sun beds with thick cushions.
Heated pool during the winter only. With steps.

Private beach area
Closed by wood walls for privacy. Wood paved trails to the beach and to the gazebo. BBQ area.
