Beyond, are the dining area, spacious living room and gourmet kitchen with a large wine cellar. A private chef with all the proper equipment can be hired if guests wish so. A nice deck and outdoor barbecue lie behind the large, heated, infinity pool and a stately carved-from-concrete picnic table sits under palm trees.
Two en suite bedrooms are on this same level. The master has a sitting and office area as well as a very large dressing and an outdoor deck. The other two en suite queen bedrooms are on the lower level and have their own entrances. A covered outdoor living area is conveniently located to the right of these bedrooms. Access to the main house can also be through the professional gym with a view that features a steam room, full bath and a Ligne St. Barth massage area. The Techno-gym equipment includes a treadmill, bike, elliptical stepper and the latest universal quick workout machine which requires the use of a personal trainer. On request, the live-in caretaker is available for additional chef, baby-sitting and laundry services.
