The Pazincica River flows into the Paziner Gorge and then flows underground after it enters the walls of the fort. The impressive Paziner Gorge also known as Jama inspires various travel authors to write about this unique natural wonder. A variety of preserves and products are on sale every month in a huge market place in Pazin.
