Villa Topaze is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath villa located on the hillside in the residential area of Jardin D'Orient. Overlooking the famous Orient Bay Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island. The villa has been recently completely renovated where the Owners of the villa have transformed it into an amazing contemporary home.

As you enter the villa the incredible view greets you through the entry arch. Two stairs down, the living area is furnished in a sophisticated and chic style with white and splashes of color to enhance the entire setting. The beautiful modern kitchen with a kitchen pass through to the breakfast bar area of the living room is equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops. The breakfast bar area offers six stools for the possibility of indoor dining.

Two bedrooms are located on the opposite sides of the living room plus an additional bedroom is located on the lower level. Each has king size bed and en-suite bath. The lower level also consists of an air-conditioned exercise room offering free weights, home gym and stationary bike. Spectacular views of the sea through large picture windows in every room, including the bathrooms, serves as a stunning backdrop for this home.

From the indoor living/dining area and the two bedrooms on the main level you exit through large sliding glass doors out to the pool deck area. The plunge pool is centered in the deck and is a wonderful spot to take a dip or enjoy the view. There is also seating for six, outdoor dining area of 6 and lounge chairs for sunning.

Enjoy the large outdoor space both day and night and in the evening, the spectacular lighting and glowing luminous outdoor furniture transforms the villa to another dimension.
