This holiday home with private swimming pool is located in the small place of Zbandaj, in direct proximity of the well-known tourist destination on the western coast of Istrian peninsula – Porec. In the fenced courtyard, except for the swimming pool, there is a nicely maintained lawn, olive trees and a brick barbeque. The garden furniture on the covered terrace will provide additional pleasurable moments. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen. The four bedrooms and the bathrooms are on the first floor. The parking is located in the courtyard of the house. Ca. 2-3 minutes on foot away, there is a restaurant and grocery shop, while in ca. 10 minutes of drive you can reach the beaches and the town of Porec.
