This spacious and nicely furnished holiday home with swimming pool is located in the small place Podaca on the riviera of Makarska. The house consists of three floors and is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, a terrace with barbeque and fitness room, where part of a passage is lower (ca. 170 cm), and a playground for children. The ground floor is connected to the rest of the house by external stairs. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining and living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the town centre and the islands of middle Dalmatia. The first and second floor are connected by internal stairs. During hot summer days guests can freshen up in the swimming pool on the courtyard. The centre of the place has plenty of long pebble beaches with various attractions for adults and children. Ca. 35 km away the town of Makarska is located, which during the summer hosts numerous events. The last 50 m of access road to the house is very steep.
