This 5-bedroom Anahita villa, ideally located near the green of hole #18 and the lagoon, is the perfect setting for a golf and beach holiday with family or friends on the East Coast of Mauritius. Located in a luxurious and recent area of ​​Anahita Golf & Spa Resort, it is distinguished by an elegant decoration that highlights the wonders of nature.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms equipped with en-suite bathrooms, dressing rooms and air conditioning for optimal comfort. A large living space including an American kitchen, a living room with television and a dining room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the two 18-hole courses, including the famous Ile aux Cerfs golf course. You can also enjoy two private beaches facing the lagoon, two swimming pools, a spa, a fitness center, eight restaurants, a fitness room with a sports coach, tennis courts, water activities, tree climbing at the Domaine de l'Étoile and a children's club.

The garden is decorated with a swimming pool and a large terrace with a complete outdoor lounge. The villa is surrounded by lush hedges for more privacy. The residence also offers two large communal infinity pools.
