The Villa is located on the south-east coast, in Pointe d'Esny, approximately 15 minutes from the airport. Ideally located on the beach, it has a magnificent view of the lagoon with its magical colors!

The first restaurants and shops are 3 minutes away by car, to be exact 1.8 km.
Likewise, Mahébourg is a 5-minute drive from the villa. With the many typical shops, the town has a large market. Buying fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruits or just a visit is absolutely a must!

The lagoon with turquoise waters, well protected by the coral reef, is therefore safe for swimming and snorkelling. It is also a very popular place to indulge in the pleasures of windsurfing or kitesurfing in July – October.

Villa 280 m² is built directly on the white sand. The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with sea views.
The bedrooms have a total of 3 double beds and 2 single beds. In addition, they all have air conditioners and fans and in addition 5 bathrooms, 2 of which have a bathtub!

Additionally, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a TV room, a front veranda and an additional rear veranda. The villa is equipped with 3 televisions plus Canal Satellite, as well as 3 DVD-CD players. In addition, 1 computer, Internet and Wifi, 1 barbecue…. Although Villa Victoire is very spacious, we accept a maximum of 6 people, children over 2 years old included.

Service
Our housekeeper works from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to Saturday. She makes the rooms, cleans the house, does the laundry and prepares 1 meal too if you go shopping; An additional housekeeper works from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Babysitting service is available at an additional cost.
Food and drinks are not included.

The Pointe d'Esny kite school and the Pointe d'Esny Yacht Club are 100 meters away on the beach, the Blue Bay marine park is 2 km from Villa Victoire. Boat excursions such as the catamaran can be booked to visit Ile aux Cerfs or neighboring islands.
