This pretty stone holiday home is located on the island of Korcula, directly by the sea. The house is situated in the centre of Lumbarda on the spacious plot with magnificent view on the sea. The house comprises two separate accommodation units, connected by external stairs. On the first floor, there is a spacious unit with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large terrace, while on the ground floor there is a kitchen, two bedrooms with bathrooms and covered terrace, leading to the largest open terrace in the shade of trees and with a view on the port and local marina. Behind the house, also on the ground floor, there is a swimming pool where you can cool down on hot summer days. Nearby, there is a sandy beach as well as restaurants and taverns offering local specialties.
