As the house comprises two accommodation units connected by internal stairs, it is perfect for more families or a group of friends who wish to spend their holiday together but at the same time maintain their privacy. The fact that each bedroom has a private bathroom with a hydro massage tub or shower cabin adds to the house’s comfort. For total relaxation, in one of the bathrooms there is also a sauna. On the terrace on the upper floor, there is an outdoor swimming pool of 16 sq.m. which can also be heated. In the cultivated garden there is one more swimming pool and an attractive gazebo, in the shade of which you can sip refreshing cocktails or read your favourite book. At guests’ disposal there is also a traditional tavern for eating together and socializing with a glass of quality wine and food from the barbeque. Except for parking spaces on the plot, there are also two parking spaces by the house. In the offer there is also a berth for boat of 5m maximum length and a 3,7m long boat for shorter sea excursions. Privlaka is located ca. 23 km away from the town of Zadar and 5km away from Nin. It is well-known for many sandy beaches and therefore is an ideal place for holiday with young children. We recommend day trips to national parks (Kornati, Paklenica, Krka, Plitvicka Jezera and Northern Velebit) as well as nature parks or sightseeing historical attractions of the towns of Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir and Split. For those who like physical activity, there is a bicycle trail which connects Privlaka with neighbouring places.
