Air-conditioned villa for 12 guests, offering 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. Swimming pool almost 25 meters long. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Staff available during your stay (except Sunday) from 9 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m. for 1500Rs/d (preparation of breakfast, daily cleaning, and preparation of lunch). Weekly swimming pool specialist and gardener.

Our boat for 8 people can be made available to you for excursions.

Housing :
Magnificent villa for 12 people with 20 meter long swimming pool.
The villa is located in a fully secure residence with guards and a barrier at the entrance to the residence comprising around fifteen houses.
An electric gate will allow you to park a vehicle and other parking spaces exist in front of the villa.
You can walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius, Mont Choisy beach, a 5-minute walk away. The Mont Choisy Golf Course is also a 5-minute walk from the villa.

The villa with an area of approximately 500m² consists of a main part with a large living-dining room with a guest toilet.
A large fully equipped kitchen as well as a utility room.

The living room equipped with a TV and air conditioning with its large bay windows opening onto a huge terrace where you can enjoy a fully covered space with the outdoor lounge, a stone bar, the large table for sharing meals as well as 'a huge barbecue.

On the ground floor :

2 very large master suites equipped with air conditioning, an indoor shower and an outdoor shower. A large dressing room and toilets in each of the bedrooms. A small terrace completes each of the rooms.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+)

Upstairs :

2 very large master suites each air-conditioned with shower and toilet in each bedroom. Storage and terrace with deckchair going all the way around the 2 upstairs bedrooms.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+)

At the back of the garden :

An outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, a small living room with TV (Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+) a bathroom with separate WC. Another outdoor bathroom in the middle of the trunks of the flamboyants littering the villa.
We also offer to take care of return airport/house transfers for you, we are used to operating with a driver with a spacious minibus.
It will be possible to take advantage of our boat which can accommodate 8 people. A skipper will be at your disposal. The boat can be used throughout your stay to visit the Northern Islands (Gabriel Islet, Flat Island, Bernache Islet, Coin de Mire and many other heavenly corners)
The cost of the boat day (from approximately 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) meals and drinks included is Rs 20,000 (2024 price, which may change)
