This holiday home consists of two separate parts, the ground floor and the first floor connected by external stairs. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. Here is also the swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture, where you can unwind on the swings or sun beds. The area around the pool will ensure pleasant moments for the older and younger, while a game of table tennis will provide entertainment. From the ground floor, there is a partial view on the sea, while from the bedrooms on the first floor, there is a view on the town and Pakleni islands. In one of the bathrooms, there is a bathtub with jets. A narrow street (1.9 m wide) leads to the car park, so only smaller cars can pass through. In only 5 minutes of walk, you can reach the centre where all necessary facilities can be found – restaurants, museums and night life.
