This pretty Istrian holiday home with swimming pool is situated next to the road leading from Porec to Novigrad. The house is very comfortable and consists of three apartments, each with its own entrance so that guests can keep their privacy. On the ground floor of the house there are two accommodation units equipped with carefully chosen furniture. Each of the accommodation units on the ground floor has one bedroom, well-equipped kitchen and sofa bed. On the upper floor there is a very spacious apartment which stretches over the whole floor and the attic. The apartment also has fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and three bedrooms. The house owner lives in a smaller unit at the beginning of the plot. The house is located near a busy road but the house owner has raised protection from it. Only ca. 10 minutes of drive away, there are beaches and from this location in a very short time you can get to all interesting sites on the western coast of Istra.
