The villa is a family holiday bungalow and the second home of the owner. For this reason, it is offered for rent only for a few weeks of the year and at a reasonable price. Take the opportunity whenever it presents itself to rent this villa directly on the white sandy beach!

Location
Pointe d'Esny is located in the southeast of the island, a 10-minute drive from Mahébourg; In addition to its colorful daily market, Mahébourg is a typical Mauritian town with many shops, local restaurants and snacks.

Closer to the villa is a supermarket, reachable by car in 5 minutes; Likewise, restaurants, a pharmacy, a butcher and a hairdresser are within easy reach.

The Pointe d’Esny lagoon is renowned for its immense turquoise lagoon, sheltered by the reef at a fairly distant distance. The swimming and snorkeling in front of the villa is magnificent and the sand is white and fine.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people; no children under 8 years old. .

On the ground floor there is a living room and a dining room with sea views; both open onto a veranda with a second dining table and a lounge chair for relaxing; alternatively, there is a terrace in the backyard with yet another dining and lounge area, as well as a large barbecue area to enjoy meals in the shade.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including among other things a Nespresso machine. In addition, on the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine and an ironing board.

In addition, there are 2 covered parking spaces.

Although food and drinks are not included during your stay, the first meal and basic groceries are provided upon arrival.

It is worth noting that although the airport is not far away, there is not much air traffic over the area, so no disturbance. However, if a plane does a turn over the bay, it is quite a sight!

The Villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite.

Bedroom 1
This is a comfortable ground floor suite, overlooking the sand, with 2 single beds pushed together, plus an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2
This is the master bedroom on the first floor with a 2 x 2 meter king-size bed, a balcony and a magnificent view of the lagoon; also, an en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 2 is also on the first floor and overlooks the garden; with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub.

Service
A maid comes 3 hours a day except Sundays and public holidays; she prepares typical Mauritian dishes for lunch for an additional fee; (food and drinks not included).

A fisherman comes to Villa Easternwind every day and you can buy fresh fish, lobsters, crabs and vegetables there, depending on the season.

Environment
The Pointe d’Esny Yacht Club is 500 meters away, the kitesurfing school 200 meters on the beach and the Blue Bay Marine Park 2 km away. Bring your diving equipment, it’s an incredible place.

The environment is quiet, there are very good local restaurants nearby, about 1 km away and a supermarket 3.5 km away; Mahebourg market is very typical and unmissable!
