This holiday house built in the year 1824 was tenderly renovated and furnished in rustic style with great attention to detail. The house which is located in the Green Bay in a place called Obrs is equipped with a heated pool. This property is surrounded by mountains and there is a beautiful view of the sea and the city of Moscenicka Drag. This city which has nice rocky beach is just a few minutes drive from the resort. The ground floor is connected to the first floor via an external staircase. From the first floor, there is an internal staircase to the top floor. The minimum ceiling height in the bedroom is 1.50 metres. The hiking trails in the vicinity helps you to explore the areas. Do visit the popular town called Opatija. You can stroll along the beach promenade or enjoy a glass of wine in the many restaurants located nearby. In Opatija, you can visit the festivals, concerts, exhibitions and other cultural and sporting events conducted throughout the year.
