The property is set high on the green hills of the foothills of the Bakony mountain range and thus offers an almost incomparable and beautiful view of Lake Balaton and far into the region inside. The home was built according to the plans of the owner, who is a successful businesswoman and an artistically talented and respected lady for many years. She spends most of the year in the US from where she brings several new inspiring ideas which are reflected in the interior of the house. For example, an ensemble of lights on the ceiling of the living room with different colours provides comfort and well-being. For this, natural building materials like wood were used. In addition, solar energy is used for heating. The huge outdoor area is terraced and its proximity to other houses offers an intimate atmosphere. You can see ornamental shrubs and grass being planted throughout. The large outdoor pool is certainly the dominating factor. Here, you and your loved ones can relax to the maximum and enjoy the hot sun rays on its surface. Even on less warm days the pool is open, thanks to its heating and the folding roof! A gym in the basement of the house will keep you fit even during your holiday. When the sun sets slowly, there is hardly anything more beautiful than a glass of "Olasz Riesling" from the region whilst reading a good book or a tasty barbecue in the hotel's beer tent with freshly tapped beer and delicious sausages and steaks.
