This villa is a contemporary five-bedroom private rental villa, located just fifty metres from the beach in the Petitenget/Seminyak neighborhood on Bali’s southwest coast. Just over half an acre in size, the shingle-roof property comprises a large two-storey building complemented by an expansive two-bedroom guesthouse, a stand-alone gym, along with a 20-metre swimming pool and poolside gazebo all well integrated into an extensive garden and large flat lawn which makes the villa ideal for functions. This luxury villa is the ideal choice for families and couples who wish to be close to the beach, and many shopping and dining options the area has to offer.

From the moment you step inside the gates, the Villa will captivate you with its charm and tranquillity. The Villa is newly constructed and has been tastefully decorated with clean lines and modern facilities fitted throughout.

The main pavilion is double-storey and has been built in an L-shape around a large resort style swimming pool. On the ground floor is a spacious al fresco lounge and dining area that offers direct access to the pool. Inside you will find a large theatre room and a more formal dining room, both air-conditioned. On the second level are two large master bedrooms and two children’s bedrooms.
An additional two guest bedrooms are located in a second stand-alone building near the pool and adjacent to the air-conditioned gymnasium.
The Villa has a team of friendly and talented staff, including a professional chef, who will do their utmost to ensure you enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Staff
The dedicated team of staff at Villa Azaya have many years’ experience looking after both local and international guests. They have been professionally trained and will do their upmost to ensure you enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Dining: A fully-trained chef is available to prepare meals at your request from our in-villa dining menu. He has a wide repertoire of Western and Asian dishes and is able to cater to special dietary requirements.

Car and Driver: Two cars and drivers (seating up to seven passengers per car) are available to guests.

Spa Services: For an additional charge spa services, including massage, body scrub, facials pedicure and manicure can be carried out at the Villa by fully-trained therapists from a local spa.
