Modern holiday house with swimming pool in the near of Manerba del Garda in a residential area at a few minutes from the lake Garda. The house is surrounded by a private outdoor area and has three levels: on the ground floor living room with kitchen corner and WC, on the first floor double bedroom with terrace, twin-bedded room, single bedroom, large bathroom, on the basement living room with sofa-bed, bathroom and dining area. In the outside area table and chairs, sunbeds, cooking corner and sofas next to the pool. In the hilly surroundings possibility of historical, artistic, gastronomic and wine tours, biking and beach holiday next to the lake. Peschiera del Lago 27 km, Sirmione 28 km and Il Vittoriale 17 km. Arrivals only between 4 pm-8 pm and after previuos confirmation of arrival time.
