Elegant house with swimming pool at 17 km from Rovigo, famous for its excellent food and wines and for its structure which still maintain elements from the “Repubblica Serenissima”. The house is situated on a 2500 m2 large property, reachable by a dirt track which is bordered by 50 rose plants. The house develops on two levels: on the ground-floor you will find the well-equipped kitchen, a living-room with fireplace and a bathroom with shower. Elegant stairs lead to the upper floor which has 4 bedrooms, two of which with ensuite bathroom, and a large bathroom with bathing tub. Each bedroom has TV and air conditioning. The swimming pool is at the guests’ exclusive use. The house owner lives in the house next door. The position of the house permits to visit the beautiful towns such as Ferrara (45 km), Padua (57 km), Verona, the town of the opera, Venice (95 km), Mantua, the town of the Gonzaga (79 km) and the amusement parks of the lake Garda (99 km). For all those who want to pass a day on the beach we suggest Rosolina mare at 67 km whilst fishing of the sheat-fish is possible in the Po Delta at 57 km.
