Charming house with private pool in wonderful position in Massa Lubrense, a nice small town located 8 km from Sorrento, on the homonymous coast. Here you also find the famous towns of the Amalfi Coast. Amazing view over the gulf of Naples and over the islands of Capri and Ischia. Due to the particular land, the house is spread on different levels. The rooms are divided into 2 units, which are not connected and can be reached through a staircase (20 stairs). On the bottom floor there is a bedroom (2 single beds) with ensuite bathroom (no window) with direct access to the partially covered terrace. The second bedroom with annex (pull-out sofa) and one bathroom are on the same floor with separate access from the terrace. An external staircase leads to the upper floors, where there is the main unit. Here there are a large living room, a spacious patio and a kitchen with access to the terrace with sea view. The third room (the only one with air conditioning) next to the living area has an independent access from the outside and a private bathroom with shower and bath. The house is heated through underfloor heating system. The pool is to be reached through an external staircase and is located in an upper position than the main building. From here access to the external sauna with shower and toilette and to a roof terrace with 360° view over the gulf and the surrounding hills. The house is ideal for groups of friends, who want to spend a common holiday maintaining their privacy. Due to the particular position of the house and the pool, this accommodation is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Please pay particular attention to the children who cannot swim. The islands of Capri and Ischia are to be reached by boot (connection by hydrofoil from Sorrento, 8km, and from the harbour of Marina della Lobra). Naples (airport) 60 km, Amalfi Coast (20 km). The archaeological sites Pompei and Ercolano are 50 km away. Arrivals only from 4 pm to 8 pm. Different arrival time must be requested and an extra fee is required (payment on site).
