This ancient manor house spread over three levels is located in the heart of the green hills of Tuscia Romana, near a small Etruscan necropolis and approx. 2 km from the small village of Vitorchiano. The house is on the top of a small hill, it is surrounded by meadows, a fruit orchard and olive groves. The beautiful pool has separate children’s pool (4 x 4 m- depth 1, 20 m). The property is accessed via an automatic gate. In 2 km distance, the medieval hamlet of Vitorchiano (various shops), which overlooks a deep gorge and is still protected by its city walls dating back to the 14th Century. Quiet position and good starting point for trips to: VIterbo 7km, Tuscania 25 km, Tarquinia 32 km, Orvieto 40 km, Rome 70 km, Norchia 18 km, rich in Etruscan finds and tombs. In the radius of 25 km there are three volcanic lakes: Vico, Bolsena and Bracciano.
