Beautiful renovated and appealing furnishes house in hilly position near the small village of S. Giovanni a Piro. The location of the house is marvelous because of its enchanting views of both the sea and the surrounding woods. After a day spent on one of the nearby beaches, you can enjoy a relaxing swim in in the outdoor pool and end the day in the tranquility of the extensive, panoramic and large outdoor areas. The two floors of the house are only connected by an external staircase. The holiday home is in the enchanting Cilento area, in the Campania region, in the southern Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri (13 km) in the south and the Diano valley in the east. There are about 100 km of coastline, mountains and round 200 small medieval villages to visit. In 1991 significant parts of the area have become National Park (Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano) and since 1998 they were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
