This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool is located between Palermo and Mondello. The wonderful seaside resort of Mondello, which is famous for its white sand beach and the unique colour of sea, is just 2 km away from the house. The centre of Palermo is just 10 minutes away by car. This holiday home is wonderful and is furnished with great attention to details. Interiors are spread across two floors and have been elegantly furnished by the landlord with a combination of antique and rustic furniture. The main feature of the interiors is the huge living room on the ground floor that consists of three huge, comfortable rooms, each room with large windows overlooking the garden and pool. There is a beautiful kitchen and a shower room on the ground floor. A double bedroom with balcony that offers a view of the garden, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with massage jets are on the first floor. Outdoor area is about 700 square metres and has a large area with grass, which stretches from the entrance of the grounds to the house and further to the pool area. The pool area is also surrounded by lawn and Mediterranean plants. After 30.09 the pool is available upon payment of a supplement.
