Beautiful, elegant farmhouse, situated in a very peaceful and panoramic position with beautiful views of the hills and the surrounding countryside, 7 km to the town of Marta. The house is surrounded by a beautiful and private garden, equipped for al fresco dining. There is also a pretty swimming pool with lawn all around. Very well kept furnishings partly antique. Access along 2 km of dirt track road not suitable for low or sport cars. A few distances: the town of Marta (all kinds of shops) 7 km, 25 km Viterbo. Orvieto is just, 45 km away and here you should visit the marvelous gothic cathedral. Another tip for your trips: the medieval town of Capodimonte, which is by the lake and known for the lakeside promenade and the beach of volcanic sand, much appreciated during the summer.
