Peaceful position with wide outdoor areas, ideal for families and children. In the nearby independent house lives the caretaker , who takes care of the properties’ maintenance. On the lawn there are some children plays like, for instance, swing, bowling, tennis table, basket but also a table, chairs and a barbecue for outdoor meals. The location is ideal to visit the Marches, a region rich in beauty and culture.
