Beautiful independent villa with private pool in the Cilento area, 2 km to Vallo della Lucania. Modern and attractive furnishing. A practical detail of this house is the second habitable kitchen with access to the veranda and from there into the garden. From the veranda you also access the pool area. Sleeping places in the basement (with high windows) are not internally connected to the rest of the house and are accessed from outside only. Underfloor heating in some rooms, roof heating in other rooms. A road passes 200 m from the house. The holiday home is in the enchanting Cilento area, in the Campania region, in southern Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Diano valley in the east. There are about 100 km of coastline, mountains and round 200 small medieval villages to visit. In 1991 significant parts of the area have become National Park (Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano) and since 1998 they were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
