Cosy house set in the green countryside of Sabina and just few kilometres from Magliano. From its swimming pool, which was built on a natural terrace, you can admire the valley up to the River Tiber. The house is surrounded by a hectare of forest where suggestive fireflies fly on summer nights and offers a relaxing atmosphere for days by the pool or in the shade of the equipped garden. Only by an outside staircase you can reach a small indipendent apartment on the first floor with double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, balcony. The location is a strategic point to visit the towns of Viterbo 45 km, Montefiascone 56 km, Orvieto 60 km and to discover the medieval treasures of Sabina, Lazio and Umbria. Rome 75 km, Rieti 85 km. The landlady organizes the following services upon request and local payment: Horseback riding trips; guided tours with professional guides (Rome-Florence-Naples-Venice); Excursions in the region Etruria; Guided visits of oil mills, vineyards and wine cooperatives; personal trainer, yoga, Pilates, postural gymnastics, water aerobics, belly dancing; massages, aesthetic treatments; chef at home; peasant dishes cooking lessons (homemade pasta, bread, pizza); babysitting. Included in the rate is a 3-hour guided tour of Rome with professional guide (you can choose between the imperial Rome, the Renaissance Rome and the Vatican Museums - tickets are not included in the offer). Other extra services on request and upon payment on site: Food and Wine tour with tasting (in English, with professional sommelier; the price depends on the wines and is to be agreed on locally).
