From the beautiful swimming pool, away from city noise, one can enjoy marvelous views of the surrounding valleys.
In the area there are ecologic hiking trails along the hills with enchanting landscapes, famous wineries to visit and where to taste dishes with fine truffles, but also horseback riding and mountain biking possibilities. The nearby medieval town of Moncalvo hosts cultural and gastronomic events throughout the year many, including a white truffle fair in autumn and the “Blue Night Blues” in summer. Rooms of the house are stylish and comfortable, with spacious living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms, each one with its private bathroom, on the upper floor. In addition to the outdoor pool, there is a lovely green area with an arcade equipped with children's games, a relaxation area and a rustic area with barbecue.
