It is perched above Barbados’ fabled Platinum Coast only a few hundred yards from beautiful Mullins Beach.The shimmering white sandy beaches, elegant restaurants and the near year round tropical climate have made Barbados the favoured vacation destination for stars of music, film and television.

The villa is approached through a sugarcane plantation. Electronic gates set in the six feet high perimeter wall lead to a 1,200 feet drive through the landscaped gardens to the main house and garaging.

Built in traditional Caribbean Colonial styl, its two beautiful guest cottages, swimming pool and landscaped walled gardens sit on a breathtaking coral stone cliff top. The unobstructed panoramic views from every room, sweep down over a rainforest canopy to the sandy beaches and crystal blue sea at Mullins and Gibbs – two of the most acclaimed beaches in the Caribbean. The villa and its two guest cottages total six bedroom and five bathrooms – together with a staff quarters.

The main house is entered over a walkway, through a luxuriant atrium garden filled with exotic plants and flowering vines. Inside the entrance hall leads to a spectacular staircase, with a gleaming mahogany handrail outlined against a 23 feet high window - with views across the pool and out to sea.

Further surprises await on entering the spacious living room. Designed for indoor and outdoor entertaining, it is flanked by French doors on each side; one side leads to the cooling tropical walled gardens with seating areas and the other to the wide and panoramic pool area, with its outdoor dining, pool spa and gazebo. A large dining room that can seat up to 20 people is served by a fully equipped spacious kitchen designed for entertaining and catering for up to 100 guests.

To the left of the main house is the first guest cottage, with main bedroom, a sitting room with a small kitchen facility and a full bathroom. The second and new guest cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a private patio area. Up the beautiful stairs lies the master suite with its private balcony overlooking the pool and views beyond. The suite comprises full and dressing room areas. Also a further bedroom suite, comprising of additional room (bedroom/dressing room), and bathroom.

The villa is equipped with a private office, equipped with an Apple Mac and printer, fax and independent telephone. The extensive grounds and all accommodation, both internal and external, are protected by a state-of-the-art security system. The estate has a generator to provide electricity throughout in the event of a ‘power cut’. An upgraded satellite dish delivers a complete array of international television stations to the dedicated media area on the ground floor. An integral garage and store room provide a safe home for vehicles.
