Villa offers a scintillating panoramic view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach. You can find it in a quiet cul-de-sac of the urbanized Maryvilla. On three floors it houses four separate units, and by the individual allocation of the premises, several families or couples can enjoy a holiday together, but still have privacy. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. At the pool level, there are two units, each with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. Finally, in the basement there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen area. The interior is cosy and rustic. Around the pool, there are plenty of spaces for sunbathing and a corner for BBQ to enjoy in the evenings. Tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest golf course is 1.5 km away. For trips, various boat tours are offered in the port of Calpe, where fish auctions also take place in the evening. The sea food restaurants in the harbour are also well worth a visit. Calpe has a long sandy beach but with partly rocky sections. The main feature of the hinterland is the salt pan. Particularly appealing is a visit to the Costa Blanca during almond blossom in January and February.
