This expansive, 5-bedroom hillside property is an excellent example of modern tropical architecture, built on three separate levels to maximize space, surrounded by carefully tended lawns and gardens.
As you enter Villa from a private car port on its upper level your are greeted with an incredible view of the surrounding hills and coastline. The main living, dining and kitchen area opens directly onto a large sand washed sun terrace and infinity pool, the entire space drawing in the scenery and ocean breezes.
The spacious, double master bedroom also connects to the pool terrace and therefore benefits from similar breathtaking views. This attractive room also boasts an indoor and an outdoor bathroom ensuite, the latter with an indulgent tub and rain shower.
Stairs lead directly from the dining area down to the villa's middle level, where a comfortable double guest bedroom occupies a private corner, overlooking the garden.
This level also boasts a huge AV room that almost spans the length of the villa, complete with a home theatre system, large sofa and scatter cushions to relax on.
More stairs then drop to the lower level bedrooms, all of which have their own private garden terraces. A double and a twin guest room share a bathroom, making them ideal for a family, while a separate, second master suite features its own spacious bathroom with glass walled rain shower and skylight.
Back upstairs, daytime pleasures centre around the large infinity pool, which literally pours into the view. A carefully considered design means guests can choose to dine al fresco on the pool terrace or in air-conditioned comfort, without ever losing sight of the spectacular tropical surroundings.
Villa particularly appeals to families or groups of friends, as it offers plenty of options to combine social time with more private moments. Versatile, unique and luxurious, the villa is also within easy reach of the island's main attractions and amenities.

The villa was a wonderful experience. the staff was very helpful and friendly and house keeping was very clean. the villa was just as it was described on the website and the booking process was easy and the staff was super helpful, but it would have been a lot easier if there was a secure credit card connection to book via. Hello hello hello..... Well, we have been home just over a week now and the post-holiday blues do not seem to be getting any better!! The villa was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, we spent less time out the pool than in it we think, we just never wanted to leave, it was incredible! We even loved night time and rain/storm swims! The room and outdoor bath/shower were just amazing and the yummy breakfast with that view just blew our minds every day!! Also, may we say the outside speakers were BRILLIANT, we had music playing every day, we loved listening while we were in the pool! The car we got was brilliant and a perfect addition to help us explore the whole island and the array of food it had to offer-definitely a case of too much food, too little time!! We kept eating!!!!! We were also so in the love with the fact that it was an automatic! Oh we just loved it! All the staff were so great and helpful and we loved the security guards on the gate-they were always so smiley! Choeng Mon was gorgeous and so close! We ate so much streetfood around there and Choeng mon too-this was another favourite! Everything was just far beyond anything we could have imagined and I can honestly say we never EVER wanted to leave, we're so so sad we're not there right this minute! So so sad. Thank you so much for those, made us feel so special and excited! Stephie :)

Villa avec vue magnifique ! l’emplacement de la Villa au calme avec un accès sécurisé. la piscine (14x4 m) et la vue incroyable ! La villa est très grande, le plus dur a été de faire la répartition des chambres ! et que dire du personnel, aux petits soins pour nous !
