Colonial style villa made and decorated with local materials such as peue, soji, teck, bamboo, kohu, meranti. This magnificent villa is separated in two different sections, days and evening, which allows you to enjoy the magnificent sunrise/sunset each day. In the evening section is organized around a patio with its indoor garden. It opens on a deck. In this section you will find 2 fully furnished bedrooms, 1 indoor/outdoor bathroom, 1 WC. The day section is on two levels. The mezzanine's floor is “the home entertainment center" room (DVD, Big screen TV, HIFI, Fan) with a deck on the lagoon and sunset on Bora Bora. On the ground level you will find a fully furnished modern kitchen/dining area/ lounging area allowing access to the 4 sides of the Villa. On the lagoon's side: a large outside table and a BBQ. In this section you will find another bedroom and a bathroom.
