Set in an original Huguenot settlement, this detached stone farmhouse with a Perigordine pigeonnier, has been lovingly restored by the owners. The house is situated in over 25 acres of protected woodland and pasture, excellent for long walks to neighbouring châteaux. The house lies at the end of a chalk track that runs through this small hamlet. It has a large garden with a huge expanse of lawn and a "loving seat" in a secluded spot, plus plenty of trees for shade. It is blessed with two wide, south-facing terraces overlooking the garden and a large swimming pool. There is a wooden cabin, perfect for children's camp outs, table tennis and an outdoor fire pit for star gazing. Ideally situated between the historic towns of Bergerac, Périgueux and Sarlat with its many local vineyards.
