Near Aix-en-Provence and the Sainte-Victoire mountain, quiet, in a large garden of over 5000 m² with trampoline and table tennis, this spacious and luxurious 4-bedroom holiday home with large living room and equipped and fully air-conditioned American kitchen, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The swimming pool, without any vis-à-vis, is heated (without additional costs) to be able to swim from April to October. Next door, the annex hosts a 2nd equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom with shower room, and a few steps away, there is a cabin with shower and WC, and an outdoor solar shower. To enjoy the good weather, and have a drink, you will have the choice between different terraces. You can also sit next to one of the two barbecues (gas or charcoal), or next to the bowling green. You will certainly not run out of ice cubes for your drinks thanks to the two "American" refrigerators. You will have enough space to park your cars on the fenced plot or under the carport. Trets, 2.5 km away, is a medieval, typically Provençal village with restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Nearby: Aix-en-Provence (25 km) and Marseille (45 km) are very easily accessible by motorway, as well as Aubagne, Cassis and its creeks and La Ciotat and its beaches. To taste good wines, you will not have to go far, the wine castles of the Côtes de Provence are around the house.
