Ideally located on the west coast of Reunion, the villa is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, 15 minutes walk from the marina, diving clubs and fishing, casino, restaurants, night clubs and Mail Rodrigues which includes twenty merchants: supermarket, laundry, pharmacy, bakery, fish, etc. Nearby, the beautiful golf course of Bassin Bleu welcomes golfers to a 9 or 18 holes.
The villa is completely open to the garden, the pool and the sea can accommodate 8-10 people and is organized around five pavilions.:
A main lodge with lounge / dining room and a kitchen offering a view over the pool and the sea,
A house with two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet also offers a unique view of the pool and ocean,
A pavilion overlooking the interior garden with 4 single beds and a private bathroom with toilets (possibility to add 2 extra beds on request)
A library with a very large TV with a varied choice of programs (satellite Canal +) and a work area

YOUR COMFORT
Arrival: On the day of arrival, the keys will be handed over according to your flight schedule which must be communicated at least 48 hours before. A housekeeper who lives on-site is at your disposal from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm from Monday to Sunday.
Departure: On the day of departure, the villa has to be vacated by 12:00 noon. Your luggage can be stored during that day.
SOME CONTRACT CLAUSES
• Payment is required by bank transfer at the time of booking.
• The stay must be fully prepaid.
• The renter will give the owner a security deposit of 2 500 € which is intended to cover the damages and/or deteriorations of the accommodation, the furniture and the decorating objects caused by the renter, as well as the loss of keys or objects.
• The renter will have to avoid any noise disturbing the neighbours, especially those produced by radio, TV and other devices. He is not allowed to organise noisy events (no DJ, no party) neither during the day nor in the evening.
• He will respect the maximum number of persons who can enter the site according to the description which he has received and he will not invite any outside person non-registered at the booking.
• If the accommodation is not given back perfectly clean, the renter commits himself to pay for the cleaning. A cleaning fee can be proposed to the renter at the departure.
