Watch the moon and the stars, feel the gentle night breezes or close the black out blinds, turn on the a/c and log into the wifi… Mature fragrant grounds cushion the villa with a natural informality and the private forest provides another layer to the sense of sanctuary. And then of course there is the sea. The crystal clear, magical – inviting sea. A short walk down hill. 5 tiny bays with rocky beaches lead to the sandy beach of Lepitsa with is simple fish taverna, coffee shop and communal beach volleyball net.

The Area:

Keep within local range for – Beaches. Villages. Islands, Spas, Trendy Beach Clubs. Restaurants and Tavernas. And… Kilada’s own Palaeolithic Caves of Franchthi. All within 20 mins drive.

Adventure further for world famous places like The Ancient Theatre of Epidavros (45 mins drive), The Island Fortress of Monemvasia (2 1/2 hrs by boat). The fortress town of Nafplion (1 hr drive).

Engage with Mother Nature, her sea, her mountains, her forests, just outside the door.

Embrace the simple life… from the stylish comfort of No.10, fish for your supper, collect herbs for your salad. Buy produce from local farmers and artisan producers. Prepare meals slowly together and talk at length.

Shake up exercise regimes. Do something different in stunning surroundings. Amanzoe’s Pilates Studio, superbly equipped with wonderful atmosphere and views. Hike to the church at the top of the hill behind Villa 10. Take long sea swims in crystal clear calm seas. Cycle or run picturesque routes for serious training or gentle exercise.

Charter a RIB and whizz around to the local trendy spots or take a “Kaiki” and drop anchor in the secluded bays that abound on this coastline.

Dine in style at swish local restaurants or eat simple local food in any of the surrounding villages.

Whatever time of year – the spectacular landscape and history surrounding Villa No.10 rewards the traveller.
