This house is one of our luxury villas in Malibu, California. Located on one of the most desirable corners on the sandy beaches of Malibu, this house has 5 large bedrooms for a perfect stay facing the sea and the sunset.

This beachfront property with 950 m2 boasts of offering a dream place to discover the magic of Malibu!
At the first level, we find the entrance, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first room with a kitchenette is perfect for a young person while the second bedroom has two twin beds.
At the next level is located a sitting area with a large flat screen TV, access to two additional bedrooms each with private bathroom and outdoor balcony with ocean views.
Finally on the last level there is the large master suite with private lounge, television, fireplace and terrace with ocean views.
The marble bathroom features a spa.
This room offers plenty of light and complete privacy.
The master suite can also be an ideal room for a desk or corner for children.
In the house at ground level a large open space awaits.
The kitchen is a dream for culinary specialists with complete equipment.

A billiards room is available with a bar for cocktails and of course access to the pool, spa and stairs that lead to the beach.
