The Villa has a 27m3 tank for the recovery of rainwater. This tank ensures watering the garden as well as the water supply in case of water shortage. The Villa also has a solar water heater with a capacity of 300m3.
The pool maintenance is done weekly for your comfort
The cleaning will be done automatically once a week. This service is included in the price of renting the villa.

Our half-board service is offered only in the evenings. The menu consists of a starter, a main course and a dessert, you will discover the flavors of Creole cuisine. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa (6 adultes et 6 enfants) entre piscine et mer. L'espace du bas avec la terrasse et la piscine est parfait, nous avons passé un agréable moment. Villa très bien équipée, c'était top!

Magnifique villa Madras, décorée avec un goût très sûr, et tout invite à profiter de nos vacances... très belle vue sur la mer et en plus le soir quand les éclairs s'invitent, le spectacle est incroyable... Très beau séjour sur l'île papillon, comme à chaque fois, avec une mention spéciale pour Malendure. Peut-être aurons nous le grand bonheur de revenir.

Maison fantastique, tournois de baby-foot incroyables et vue magnifique sur l'Ilet Pigeon! Piscine Top et couchers de soleil grandioses ! C'est la 6ème fois que nous venons découvrir la "Guada". Tout est remarquable. La villa est bien située. Les lumières du matin et du soir sont extraordinaires. Les Guadeloupéens sont toujours gentils. En espérant y revenir bientôt
