Un emplacement au calme, une villa sécurisée et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons passer une superbe semaine en famille. Les espaces sont bien répartis, chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain, la maison peut parfaitement convenir à plusieurs couples. A faire et à refaire !

Un grand merci à Annie qui Grace a sa magnifique propriété , nous avons passé un formidable séjour!!!! Nous aimons le beau et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un petit coin de paradis.... Avec mon mari, nous avions longuement hésité à louer ce bien, car nous avions lu une critique défavorable!!!! Je doute réellement que l'on puisse parler de la même propriété!!! En attendant, nous allons travailler 2 fois plus pour peut être pouvoir y séjourner l'année prochaine!!! Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances Merci de créer de si jolies demeures!!!

We had a nice stay at Joan’ place. The house is comfortable with good amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue). Johan has been very accommodating and flexible on the arrival/departure dates. The only issue we had was that the initial location was wrong (Basse Terre vs. Grande Terre) and we were surprised after booking by the price that was more in line with Basse Terre houses. This issue has been solved after booking. Overall, we would recommend the house for a group of young people. The beach is easily accessible through a 20 min walk, or 5 min drive. The place is clean, fits well for couples/single people, even if rooms lack of independence. The proximity with Saint Anne and the airport (20 min drive) is also a good advantage. Thanks Joan!

The house is perfect for a large group. The house is better in person as it seems larger. The rooms are nicely appointed and each has its own A/C. The open floorplan also lends to the larger feeling. The house and bathrooms could stand to be updated with a few things but nothing that would prevent the house to be an amazing place to stay.

Beautiful fully equipped home in a convenient location, close to beaches, grocery store, and shopping. The steep driveway was a little tricky but once we got the hang of it, it was okay. The pool, deck, and open kitchen were amazing. The caretaker, Ely, was welcoming and very helpful too! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
