- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit: Cash and credit card
- A damage deposit of 300 will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
Final cleaning: Included in the price.
Additional information
City tax: 0.715 per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years
Check-in: From 14:00
- If you have any delay on your arrival time please call us on: 0034 650 380 478. If you arrive late for your check in without informing us of the delay there will be an extra charge of 10 € per hour of delay.
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of 200

Luminoso apartamento en zona nada turistica. A la cuidad vella se llega dentro de 15 minutos en metro. El apartamento todo bien cuidado, limpio y correcto, el precio muy correcto. Lo que nos gustó en el alrededor esta una plaza con bares y cafés, los niños jugando al fútbol junto con los chicos del barrio.

Loved our stay here. It's in a quite area but it has great easy access to the city centre. The apartment was exactly what was advertised and Absolutly beautiful. It is decorated to a very high standard and perfect for small group with good size rooms with very comfortable beds. I would recommend this Apartment to everyone, very good value for money.
