Cancellation
For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Payment
Advance payment:
A 20% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit: Cash and credit card
- A damage deposit of 300 will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
Final cleaning: Included in the price.
Additional information
City tax: 0.715 per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years
- If you have any delay on your arrival time please call us on: 0034 650 380 478 (this is also the 24 hour contact number in case you need to contact us during your stay).
- If you arrive late for your check in without informing us of the delay (you must call us at least 1 hour before your pre-arranged time) there will be an extra charge of 10 € per hour of delay.
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of 200

Our stay was good. The spaces are nicely fornitured, clean and well kept. The equipment is fine (tv and cooking things) and the wi-fi is good. The only negative (of the groud floor) is the sound and vibrations of the tube and of the neighbours... One suggestion: Put a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. Thanks, ciao, Ale.

ADN Ground is an amazing, modern apartment very close to Plaza Espana ( metro, shops, market, supermarket) with everything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay there! Everything was perfect and we will come back soon! :)

Positif: EMPLACEMENT : - proche de la gare Sants (10-15 min à pied), du métro et du marché Hostafrancs (3 min à pied), de las Arenas ... - Pas mal de petits commerces, patisseries, restaurants à proximité APPARTEMENT: - Spacieux, fonctionnel, bien chauffé en hiver - Propre - Wifi gratuit - Sécurisé - Prix intéressant ! Négatif: - le métro passe en dessous de l'appartement, du coup on sent les vibrations - pas très bien insonorisé (on entend les personnes parler dans le couloirs)
