The location of this accommodation will make your stay in Barcelona easier and more convenient. Among its main advantages, it's just a few meters from one of Barcelona's largest shopping centers: El Corte Inglés, and a 5-minute walk from Las Ramblas.

This high-end duplex apartment has five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with French doors opening onto a small balcony where you'll find a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The living room, bathed in natural light, is ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing in Barcelona.

Along the hall are the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen for preparing the finest dishes and enjoying a delicious meal. At the end of the kitchen is a small laundry area with a washing machine and dryer integrated into the furniture.

On this floor, guests will find three bedrooms: an elegant master bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet, and two double bedrooms with single beds. One of these is accessible via a spiral staircase; this room is not recommended for those with difficulty navigating stairs or for young children.

A modern bathroom in white marble and glass completes the ground floor.

An elegant wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the other two bedrooms are located. Note that this space has low ceilings, creating a charming attic space. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has Wi-Fi, a television, a DVD player, and centralized air conditioning and heating. All this to ensure guests can enjoy their stay in all seasons.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you can easily find public parking 250 meters away.
