Costa Rica vacation rentals : This 200 m² property, located in Playa Cocles, has a large terrace with a sitting area, a dining room overlooking the tropical garden and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom, equipped with a king size bed and a private bathroom, is located in one aisle of the house and is secured by bars and a secure door.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a double bed.
Pick up from San Jose, Puerto Limon airports can be organized (a vehicle is not necessary once you're here) or we can also book a car, a moped or a bicycle when you arrive.

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.
- 1 month before the arrival date, 100% of the prepayment amount.
- In case of a no show: corresponding to 100% of the prepayment amount.

Stayed Janvier 2017 Spacious Secluded Home on the beach surrounded by jungle We stayed at Casa Koda for the month of January. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room to stretch our legs. The back yard is just beautiful. We were often woken up by howler monkeys, and saw several sloths from the back patio. The home has a private path to the beach. The beach area directly behind the home rarely has more than a half dozen people on it. You can walk down the beach to the main beach with lifeguards and restaurants from here. You do have to wade across the Rio Negro, but it is usually just a foot or two deep. There were times after heavy rains that the river was impassable, but this was rarely the case. All of the doors/windows have screens. The interior of the home is in great shape. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. Outdoor shower for rinsing off. There was usually a fruit stand at the end of the driveway, which was nice. The Super Cocles is also walking distance as far as groceries, water, etc go. There area also several restaurants within walking distance. Theft is common in this area. The home has an alarm, which I would recommend using anytime you are away. One day, we were gone for 3 hours and someone broke in through a window and stole some electronics and money. I had the home locked up, but didn't have the alarm on. I don't want to scare anyone. The area is safe. Theft of convenience is common in the Puerto Viejo area. Mainly unattended bags on the beach. We truly enjoyed our time in this home and would not hesitate to return.
