Costa Rica vacation rentals : This traditional 4-bedroom Caribbean villa is located near the beautiful beaches of Punta Uva. It is near the main road, but enjoys a nice privacy with a private pool and a spacious terrace to cool off. At the back of the property, there is a stream that flows all year round and in the yard, a variety of fruit trees and tropical ornamental plants.
On the ground floor of the villa is the master bedroom, the living room, 1.5 bathrooms and a large fully equipped modern kitchen.
On the top floor, there are three bedrooms with ceiling fans, which share a huge living area with satellite TV and sitting area.
There is a small Costa Rican style barbecue near the pool area.

Stayed October 2017 We stayed there only 3 days in a group of 11 people. We hope neighbours didn't complain we were too loud. We had a perfect time here: warm water in a swimming pool, clean and cosy space.. Check-in was very simple which is a great advantage due to poor availability of Internet connection in central America for foreigners. Thank you for make our trip great!

Stayed December 2017 La casa esta muy bien situada muy cerquita caminando de la playa de punta uva. La piscina es muy cómoda para ir con niños porque hay una parte donde hacen pie hasta los más pequeños. La cocina muy bien equipada y la atención es muy rápida aunque no conocimos en persona a los anfitriones. La recomendaría para pasar unos días en familia.

Stayed January 2018 The house is a great value for families with kids. The location is within walking distance of a perfect beach that has beach toy rentals and food for sale. The rustic nature of the house allows you to feel comfortable that the kids won’t wreck anything. The pool is super clean and nice size for both playing in and lounging around. The owners do need to make the washer and dryer available to renters and not keep them locked up for their own use only. Like others, we were without water for 2 nights of our stay. Management responds quickly but still an inconvenience. The wildlife including monkeys, sloths, toucans, iguanas are plentiful on the property and give you a real Costa Rican experience.
