About he village and nearby area:
For those interested there is a guided walking tour of the “Ein Al Balad” spring (a short and easy walk for 15 minutes). The spring was discovered on the village over 500 years ago and attracted the first Druze residents from Lebanon and Syria that established the Isfiya village.

There is a tour around the village’s old narrow pathways where you can visit the ancient olive oil extraction plant which is situated inside a cave and the visitor and heritage center of the Druze community where you will learn and become acquainted with the Druze ethnic group.

A tasting and smelling experience in the village where you will find a selection of restaurants that serve authentic Druze meals at attractive prices.

Additional attractions in the area include: cycling routes, horse riding and tours, walking routes, the village’s swimming pool and gym and many more.

Isfiya is a Druze village and local council in northern Israel. Located on Mount Carmel, it is part of the Haifa district. Isfiya was built on the ruins of a Byzantine settlement and crusader remnants have been found in the village. Among the remains is a synagogue with a mosaic floor bearing Jewish symbols. The village has over 10,000 residents who are mainly of the Druze ethnicity
