The apartment is well lit and very bright. It has a very spacious kitchen/living area which overflows in a front balcony with amazing seaviews of St George's Bay and Paceville. The kitchen is fully functional and ideal to prepare one's own meal. It has 2 bedrooms one double and one twin both come served with wall hung a/c units. Also the apartment has a full family bathroom with shower cubicle.
This apartment is ideal both for family and friends as it is located off the busy nightlife in the eve, and thus giving way for a relaxing holiday during one's night when rest is essential.

Minimum booking is five nights, prices will be quoted prorated according to the season.
Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday. Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer or by Pay-Pal.
The apartment includes basic water and electricity (150kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euros per unit (1kwh).
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
