Spacious apartment located next to the Trevi Fountain and 5 minutes walking distance from the Spanish Steps and Via Veneto (metro Barberini).

Situated on the first floor with elevator, you enter the apartment in an hallway from where you have on your left hand side a laundry room . In front of you you can enter a large room that has been divided into 2 bedroom, separated with a colored wall. This room has an open character and they share one bathroom (with shower).

From the hallway you have a long corridor that gives you access to the living room combined with American kitchen. The 2 windows look out on the beautiful ancient courtyard that belongs to the building.

Next to the living room you will find the other bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. Right next to this room there is another bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and overhead shower. The air conditioning in the apartment is centralized and regulated by the building.

The apartment has a lot of character and rich wood on the floor and original pieces of art and design . Ideal for larger families or groups. No parties allowed.
