Colosseum Domus Aurea is a small vacation jewel located right next to the Colosseum and the Domus Aurea, from where emperor Nero used to rule the eternal city.
The apartment has been fully refurnished. A small hallway at the entrance. There is a small lounge area right in front of you and on your left on a small mezzanine (only 20 cm from the floor) you will find 2 beds,comfortable sofas and TV .The dining table for 6 and a kitchen fully equipped. The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. This room has a lot of character and antique and modern pieces of art combine very well with the rich wood on the floors.
The view from the apartment is very pleasant because you look out on the Domus Aurea park, a very nice hang out for a daily stroll or to play a game of (free) soccer with the local Italians.
The apartment is surrounded by nice bars and small restaurants and the famous church San Pietro in Vincoli is around the corner. Metro B brings you in no time to the Vatican or Spanish Steps.
There is no better choice if it comes down to price-quality and location.
